Hi,

Recently when I went to launch Spine it popped up saying there was an update and to go to my Spine License page to download the newest version. Upon visiting my license page I am only faced with a blank page, no text, nothing. Currently I have reverted to an old version however I would like to know how to fix this?

This happens because you upgrade from Essential to Professional and you are using the Essential license link which is no longer valid. I will send you your Spine Professional license link in a couple of minutes via email.
