メッシュに対しバインドをかけた後、可動チェックでボーンの位置を変更したい場合
どの様なフローで調整出来るのでしょうか？
バインド解除＞位置調整＞バインド＞可動チェック
ここの作業が非常に困っています
MAYA等の3Dツールには修正コマンドが存在し、同様の機能があればご教授願います。

こちら、現在の対処としてバインドしたままボーン位置調整した後メッシュを移動で対処を行い
この件はクローズさせて頂きます。

Hello nelo, you might want to have a look at Update bindings:
Weights - Spine User Guide: Update bindings
Which allows to set the changed bone position as the setup position without having to remove the bone.

上記の方法ですと、ウェイト情報がリセットされる恐れがあります
バインド時のウェイト調整、見直しを省きたいのです。

With Update Bindings weights do not get reset.
Make sure to do the following:
1. select the bone you want to change
2. select Compensate Images (you may also need to compensate bones in case the bone has children) Tools - Spine User Guide: Compensation
3. rotate/resize/adjust your bone
4. deselect compensation
5. press "update bindings"
The weights will stay the same, you can still adjust them to fit your needs. They will be reset only in the sense that the new position is taken as base for future deformations.
