Hello, Perhaps you selected the upper row instead of the single bone, causing all bones to offset?
In 3.8 box-selection is not required anymore to offset, which may have lead to this accident.
You can either reverse the offset by offsetting all bones again so that they go back to their original keyframe position, or you can try to retrieve a backup:
