That looks a lot higher than 75! We allow values up to 400 (the slider goes to 200, but you can drag right past that, or type a value), though admittedly higher than 200 is probably not useful (but you never know). Maybe there's an issue when going low then high, we'll check it out.
If needed, you can reset your settings by deleting the prefs.json file in your Spine user folder, here:

Did you end up settling on 75? Anything that isn't 100 or 200 won't look as crisp. In v4 the 200 interface scale looks amazing, as we've redone all the graphics in high resolution. Might be worth updating to a high density monitor! 😉
