Sorry for the trouble. The latest Spine does not yet support Apple's M1. We are working on it. Please send me an email at contact@esotericsoftware.com and I'll give you a link to the old launcher that does work.

It's fine. I don't need it immediately. I just wanted to report it - though now I see I am not the first one.
