Do shortcuts added in 3.8.94 work for Chinese localization?

Just want to ask if the added shortcuts to Spine around 3.8.94 (for Descendent Bones, Child Bones) are available in the Chinese version of Spine 3.8.94 - .99

I ask because I'm creating tutorials for our Chinese animators while I only know English. I will be handing off what i have to someone who can translate but I have no way to check if the features I'm basing our builds upon are available in the Chinese version should they update.

Hotkeys are not dependent on the language. The hotkeys.txt file and the key names in it are not translated. Chinese users will have all the same hotkeys as English users.

Note if anyone is using 3.8, they should be using the latest version: 3.8.99.
