The Apple Silicon launcher hasn't been released yet. However, the Intel launcher we currently ship works on all our Macs, including those with Apple Silicon. Please post your full crash log.
edit: sorry, I might have misread. You are actually using an old launcher (< 4.0). In that case, you can find the latest launcher download on your license page. The link to the page should be in the same email.
