Can we have a button in mesh edit mode that will convert all vertex connection to orange lines. this is very helpful when we work with generated grid mesh and want to smoothen the weights, as you know weights travel only along the orange lines and the hull

If we work starting from the goal instead of the solution, what if there was a way to smooth using all mesh triangle edges instead of just the orange edges?

    Nate Sure that is a better solution! Will you remove traveling via orange lines?

    We have smoothing use the orange user defined edges to give the user some control over smoothing. You don't always want to use all triangle edges. I think both are useful, so we should have a way of doing both. Probably the Smooth button will have with a little triangle that shows a popup menu, allowing you to change the function and label of the button. We don't yet have this kind of UI control yet in other areas in Spine.
