    We can select an edge loop while holding Shift, It would be awesome to have this functionality while in Weights View, I end up going back to mesh for selecting the ring then saving selection so I can regain that selection in Weights View

    Sure, no problem! We've added this in 4.2. Please feel free to provide more good ideas, but only ones that are very easy to implement, like this one was. 😉
