We use the timeline for our spine animations:
Scenario:
- We have our spine animations on the timeline
- We found that one animation needs to be updated in spine.
Is there a way to update the animation in spine and export only the animation and place the animation back into the timeline clip? Currently we have to export the skeleton along with the animation, then we have to place the new skeleton into the scene and re-add all properties on the skeleton. We simply want to place the new updated animation back into the timeline clip.
What we tried:
- We updated the animation in spine and exported the animation but the skeleton is exported with the animation. Once we place the animation into the timeline spine clip we receive a warning that the animation is for a different skeleton. ( We did not change skeletons / skins spine; we exported the same skeleton / character).
