  • help me with importing psd file to spine

Hi, I'm a MacBook user and new to Spine.
very newbie to Spine. I desperately need your help.
I saved an image from photoshop as a psd, and even though I saved it as 8bit, I keep seeing the captured image on the spine screen
T_T. How do I fix this?

Are you sure you saved the PSD as 8-bits/channel? Image > Mode should look like this:

Please post a PSD with this problem so we can see it firsthand.

then i reduced the size of this image then tried it again and it shows this image.

Your screenshot shows the right menu, but you have 16-bit checked. You need to check 8-bit:

The next error shows your PSD is 59,900 x 82,500. That's way too large. It would take 19.767GB of memory to load each layer into memory.

The last error shows Spine is unable to allocation enough memory. This can happen if too much other stuff was loaded at the same time. It could also be a bug, if Spine does not free up memory when it should.
