my case is: 4.2.28 to 4.2.33

Not much should have changed between those versions for audio. Can you please post your spine.log?

    oh! i fixed it.
    by download the newest spine.pkg file

    its the Launcher version that makes errors happen.
    i had an older launcher version which was 4.1.11, and it causes the audio events mal-functioning when i upgrade editor to a newer release.

    That was going to be the next step! Glad it's working for you now. 🙂
