Lock object from select

Implement please blocking objects for selection. When working with mesh and try to select some node is continuously selected another mesh object which is located below. It is not very convenient! Hide the bottom object is not always possible.

This is very useful feature, I have this in my own animation editor and frankly speaking we do not use it much but sometimes it's a must :-)

I get a bit annoyed with this myself sometimes so an improvement is in order. We'll see what we can do.
