I get random crashing error

Hi.
I get random crashing error on random occasion.
and on restarting Spine, it stops after 99% of loading.
Here's what I've tried below to solve.

reinstalled and formatted my computer.
updated graphic card driver.
changed graphic resources just in case my graphic file itself has a problem.
changed hard disk and then installed Spine.

I've tried everything I can think of but nothing works.
I get same error on each different scenes not just on one particular scene.
The program worked fine for last 10 months and no condition has been changed.

The program won't even show any logs after it stops running.

Please take care of this problem assuming any other possible causes besides what I've tried above.

I got the same error as well.

When it's frozen, it looks like this and won't create any log file.

After that, Spine won't loading more than 98% or 99%.
I have to reboot the computer to make it works again.

Sometimes, it's frozen randomly while exporting png or loading the file.
After few seconds, it goes to the first error, and I had to reboot again and again...

Today is the first time I experience this, and already reboot the computer over 10 times.
I also did everything jsluchio did except formatting.
All errors also occurs randomly on many different files.

My CPU is Intel i5-4460, GPU is GeForce GTX 750 Ti, and RAM is 8G.
Just in case, if you need it.

Please fix this or do something...I have jobs to do.
