I thought about that too, so I put keys at begin and the end of the animation for all parts of character. and it doesn't work too.
Everything is ok when i see in spine ( i mean changing the animation to view), but in Unity it doesnt work like that, it make animation back to setup mode then play a new one, make things look awkward (T.,T).

Uhh wait, did you mean everything still move like that even when i put a key for it?
I doing like this
- I set position for bones in setup mode. ( not fit with character, just sort easy to see parts of them).
- Make new animation, then put keys for all parts at startpoint to make the pose i want, then make the move. Finally, i put keys for everything again.
Is it right? :?
