"This site can’t be reached" Trying to download Spine

Hi,

I'm getting this error in newest Chrome Win 10 64bit when trying to download Windows version.
All the other platforms download properly:

"This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"

Is there somekind of restriction of how many times you can download Spine?

No, there isn't. Are you behind a proxy or firewall?

Avast IS 2016 firewall, here's screenshot how mac and linux download okay, but exe's are failed.

Server is fine, as the Mac and Linux downloads are showing. I'm guessing Avast is smoking your EXE files.

Problem solved, it was Avast. Didn't work out on several tries (turning off firewall) but then accidently download was completed. Thank you.
