One of my friend do not use Spien anymore ,so he wanna give it to me and change the email address.

He already sent the "changing email address" message to the offical mailbox two days ago.

But now still nothing happen ,it is that anything wrong?

anyone help? please~

He sent the message by "Contact us" in offical website below . Is that doesn't work?
