      trying to add a background to a completed animation, I really wish I thought of this beforehand because I'm finding no way of "importing" an image to an existing project. I read this post Adding new JSON data to an existing project? but I didn't quite understand it because I don't see how to "Add" a new skeleton.

      also I want to crop a completed animation and I don't think Spine lets you do this, is there a recommended program that can do this and maintain a the quality of the original file?

      Hi Meego!
      To import an image into your project first place it in the same folder where you keep the other images that are used by the skeleton. You will see it come up in the Images folder in your Tree view. You can simply drag and drop it in the viewport to have it in your skeleton.

      Regarding your second question, the feature to crop images is planned, but for now you'll have to use an external program like Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, or any other image/video editing software to resize it.
